Solutions for common issues with the Move Survey App
Page Not Loading? (HTTP Error 431)
If you're seeing "This page isn't working" or "HTTP ERROR 431", this is usually caused by accumulated browser storage data. Use the button below to clear all app data and resolve the issue.
What this does:
- - Clears authentication cookies
- - Removes cached data and offline storage
- - Resets the app to a fresh state
- - You will need to sign in again after clearing
Other Common Issues
App Loads Slowly or Freezes
- Try refreshing the page (Cmd+R on Mac, Ctrl+R on Windows)
- Clear app data using the button above
- Check your internet connection
- Try using a different browser
Survey Data Not Saving
- Check the notification area for any error messages
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- If working offline, data will sync when you reconnect
- Try signing out and signing back in
Cannot Sign In
- Verify you're using your @biddulphs.co.za email
- Check that your password is correct
- Clear app data using the button above and try again
- Contact IT support if the problem persists
